Vjerojatno ne vrijedi za sve isto, a ispod donosimo kakve su stavove o popodnevnom snu i za\u0161to ga preferiraju imali neki poznati mu\u0161karci. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Winston Churchill<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Winston Churchill je zapravo imao dva radna dana u jednom. O njegovom popodnevnom snu nije bilo rasprave i prakticirao ga je svaki dan.&nbsp; Zapo\u010deo bi dan u 8 ujutro doru\u010dkom i radio sve do ru\u010dka. Nakon ru\u010dka bi slikao ili igrao karte sa svojom suprugom, a tada prilegao i odspavao malo. Budio se u 6.30 popodne, ponovno tu\u0161irao doslovno zapo\u010deo jo\u0161 jedan radni dan i radio do kasno u no\u0107. On je smatrao kako mu popodnevni san poma\u017ee da ima dupli radni dan i odradi dvostruko vi\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Napoleon Bonaparte<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navodno je Napoleon Bonaparte bio pun energije i galopirao od mjesta do mjesta, obavljaju\u0107i zadatke, planiraju\u0107i strategije&#8230; Ali ka\u017eu kako je imao mogu\u0107nost da zaspi u trenu oka. Navodno bi zaspao poput male bebe na pola sata i netom prije va\u017ene bitke. \u010cesto bi zatvorio o\u010di i zaspao na nekoliko minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Thomas Edison<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navodno je Thomas Edison mogao raditi u komadu i 72 sata, a ponekad bi no\u0107i spavao tek tri sata. Njegov je pomo\u0107nik jednom izjavio da on uop\u0107e ne spava, nego da \u010desto pridrijema. Ukupno bi preko dana odspavao tri sata, ali nikad u komadu. Ka\u017eu kako je mogao odrijemati bilo kada, bilo gdje i na bilo kakvom stolcu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Salvador Dali<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ekscentri\u010dni umjetnik Salvador Dali vjerovao je da je klju\u010d njegovog uspjeha u &#8220;ciljanom sanjarenju&#8221; i mikro spavanju. Dr\u017eao bi nov\u010di\u0107 u ruci, koji bi mu ispao iz ruke kada bi zaspao i tada ga probudio.
