U kona\u010dnici plodnost je najvi\u0161e genetski faktor, a manje je ovisna o \u017eivotnim navikama, ali ako ve\u0107 sumnjate da imate problema s plodnosti, tada svaki mali pomak zna\u010di puno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tjelovje\u017eba po pitanju mu\u0161ke plodnosti ima svoje lice i nali\u010dje. Odr\u017eavanje zdravog \u017eivotnog stila klju\u010dno je za plodnost mu\u0161karca, a zdrav \u017eivotni stil uklju\u010duje redovitu tjelovje\u017ebu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dakle, umjerena i redovita tjelovje\u017eba svakako je po\u017eeljna i pozitivno utje\u010de na plodnost. Ali ako \u017eelite dijete ne biste trebali pretjerivati s tjelovje\u017ebom. To zna\u010di da bi vam limit trebao biti do dva &#8211; tri sata tjelovje\u017ebe dnevno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S obzirom na navedeno umjereno vje\u017ebanje svakako ima pozitivne u\u010dinke na va\u0161u plodnost, posebno sportovi poput plivanja i tr\u010danja, ali trebate izbjegavati sportove koji stavljaju pritisak na me\u0111uno\u017eje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sjedila\u010dki na\u010din \u017eivota svakako nije dobar, niti op\u0107enito niti za plodnost. Redovita tjelesna aktivnost trebala bi biti dio \u017eivotnog stila. Ako se nema dovoljno vremena, \u010dak i vi\u0161e hodanja mo\u017ee  biti korisno. I u ovom slu\u010daju onih 10 000 koraka mo\u017ee biti jedan od ciljeva, koji se mo\u017ee poku\u0161ati ukomponirati u svakodnevne aktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tjelovje\u017eba i prehrana su bitan dio stila \u017eivota koji utje\u010de i na plodnost. Prema nekima tri kave dnevno se spominju kao maksimum za mu\u0161karce koji \u017eele djecu, odnosno poku\u0161avaju utjecati na plodnost.
