Oni su, prema definiciji vitamini B-kompleksa, A, D i K, folna kiselina, biotin; minerali \u2013 magnezij, kalij, natrij, cink, \u017eeljezo i bakar; masne kiseline \u2013 linolenska, linolna, EPA, DHA, arahidonska, GLA, alfa lipoi\u010dna; proteinski koncentrati \u2013 mlije\u010dni, sojini, jaj\u010dani, aminokiseline; enzimi, ekstrakti biljaka, \u017eive ku\u010dlture mikroorganizama, hormoni.<\/p>\n<p>Ipak, svakoj osobi\u00a0 mora se pristupati individualno \u0161to se ti\u010de dodavanja suplemenata prehrani zbog razli\u010dite potro\u0161nje energije, snage i izdr\u017eljivosti te razli\u010ditih potreba za pobolj\u0161anjem fizi\u010dkih performansa ovisno o sportu kojim se bave.
